Most people choose Invisalign to improve the appearance of their smile. But creating an attractive smile does not necessarily mean your teeth will be in harmony and balance with your your jaw muscles and jaw joints or TMJs. Unfortunately, disharmony is often realized after the case is completed. This disharmony is called occluso-muscle (unbalanced bite). Symptoms from occluso-muscle disorder include pain, dysfunction and damage to the teeth and other oral structures. To avoid these problems, I perform a special bite analysis called an Occlusal Analysis, mounted case. This analysis ensures the best possible result when the Invisalign case is completed.
