The New patient's  first appointment

Types of new patient appointments:

1) Consultation: Fee = no charge. A consultation is a 15-minute appointment. It is your opportunity to meet the staff and see the physical office. Your preliminary questions will be answered and an x-ray and digital photo may be taken if it is necessary to answer your questions better (no charge for this). It is not an exam and no treatment will be completed.

2) Exam and x-rays without a cleaning: Exam fee = $99 (does not include x-rays). There is an additional cost for x-rays. Depending on the number and types of x-rays we need, the charge will range from $88-$187. X-ray fees may be reduced if you had recent films taken at another office and they are emailed to us (do this before your appointment).
Payment: If you do not have dental insurance, payment is expected at the time of of the
appointment. If you have dental insurance and we do not participate in your plan, at least 30% of the total fee must be paid at the time of the appointment. We will then bill your insurance for the balance and any part of the balance that is not paid will be billed to you and payment is expected in 2 weeks.
Exception: Patient with Delta Premier or United Concordia Elite Plus dental insurance will be covered 100% for exams and x-rays and will not be required to pay as long as there is enough benefit remaining to cover it. Same holds true for future routine exam, x-rays and cleanings.
